    用健身和疲倦说拜拜----

      有没有人和我一样,每天对着电脑8小时以上,下班就疲倦无神?神都不相信,我去健身了 
      从小没有运动细胞的我,坚持健身一周了!体重没有变化,甚至正负半斤都没有,但是比以前精力充沛,当然也可能是体质,10年来,不管我是猛吃猛喝享受度日,还是猛吃猛喝加劳苦生活,体重都没有大的浮动,肥肥嘟嘟一直陪伴着我,不论伤心高兴。
      我给自己安排,每次健身大多是上一节操课,之后2公里慢跑,25个腹肌,回家。不得不说完全没有运动细胞,除了瑜伽和普拉提,其他的操课都学不会,而且跳得很难看--------这就充分证明了,从小到大只会游泳一项运动,是不能提高身体协调性的!

    哪有看到肥肥嘟嘟啊?!本人倒是建议,多跳跳操、瑜伽等比较好。如果慢跑和腹肌要是不坚持的话,反倒有可能出现“肥肥嘟嘟”的趋势了。祝我们都活得越来越精彩:)
